In July 2017, a woman named Xiao Xuan was in a local grocery shop in Tainan, Taiwan. In particular, she was there to have breakfast with a boy. However, while there, she encountered something a little out of the ordinary. This sight, in turn, triggered an unusual exchange and eventually led to some very exceptional behaviour. However, Xiao was initially surprised when one of the accountants, an elderly man, caught his attention. The individual was not wearing trousers, was clearly wearing a nappy and was trying to make a purchase.
